Your Agreement to Our Use of Information about You We process your personal information in accordance with Solutions Group Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). By participating in the Solutions Rewards Program, we may collect additional personal information from you. We may also use and share your personal information in the ways described below, in addition to what is described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms and Conditions supplement the Privacy Policy with respect to our processing of the personal information of Solutions Rewards Members. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, you must elect not to join the Solutions Rewards.

DOOR POLICY

Solutions Leisure Group management retain all rights to entry. Ticket/deposit payments will NOT be refunded if you are refused entry for one of the following reasons:

The venue will make the final decision on the entry of the door in relation to any of the above reasons.

Solutions Leisure Group events are held in compliance with the UAE legal drinking age of 21. With both family and 21+ events, this does change depending on location and brand. Licensed events will operate with a ‘Check 25’ policy, meaning that, for any guests that look under the age of 25, you will be required to show proof of age with a valid form of ID with you to gain entry, or be required to be in the presence of a responsible adult. The door staff will only accept a valid official ID such as Passport, National ID or Drivers License. The venue reserves the right to refuse anyone entry without proof of ID without any exception.

CANCELLATIONS AND DEPOSITS

Due to the diverse nature of our events and venues, our cancelation and refund policies vary between brands and events. Solutions Leisure Group website accepts payment for tickets and reservations by credit card or debit card. For cancellations please contact our reservations department directly with full details of your cancellation.

EatApp deposits will be deducted from your final bill at time of settlement.

All New Year’s Eve bookings require an advanced payment prior to the event. Any reservation amended or canceled before the 27th of December, will be fully refundable. Amends or cancellations made on 28th and up to 9pm on 29th December will be 50% refundable. Reservation amends or cancellations made after the 29th December are non-refundable.

 

EVENT CONTENT

Solutions Leisure Group reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event within its venue portfolio, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. To ensure the privacy of children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.

A person attending a Solutions Leisure Group event or venue who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organisers/ venue

Any person or organisation not affiliated with Solutions Leisure Group may not use, copy, alter or modify Solutions Leisure Group photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorised designee from Solutions Leisure Group.

 

Brunch Birthday Voucher

Solutions Leisure Group provide a complimentary birthday voucher, applicable to selected events. The birthday brunch voucher is only valid on tables of 5 guests or more, and your brunch booking must be within 10 days of your actual birthday. Valid ID/proof of DOB must be provided in order for the voucher to be redeemed. Only 1 birthday voucher will be applicable for every 5 guests, however more than 1 voucher can be used per table if the required number of guests is reached and another guest has their own birthday voucher. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher.

 

Birthday AED100 Voucher

Solutions Leisure Group provide a complimentary AED100 voucher, applicable at selected venues. The voucher is valid on a la carte spend of AED500 or more. Your booking must be within 10 days of your actual birthday. Valid ID/proof of DOB must be provided in order for the voucher to be valid. Only 1 voucher will be applicable per guest, however more than 1 voucher can be used per table if the spend amount is reached and another guest has their own birthday voucher. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher.

WIN A TRIP TO ITALY COMPETITION T&C’s

These terms and conditions relate to the Papas Rome Holiday consumer Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”). Information on how to enter the raffle draw and the prizes to be won forms part of these Terms and Conditions, and Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Promoter is Italian Papas Restaurant LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Department of Economic & Tourism, with license number 1222697 having its address at Plot No. 187-0, InterContinental Dubai Marina, Marsa Dubai, United Arab (“Promoter”).

3. The competition is carried out by the Promoter for the purpose of promoting its Restaurant whereby One (1) lucky Winner from the Participants shall be eligible to win a Holiday to Rome (“Promotion”). The Promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions set out herein below.

4. Eligibility

4.1. In order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the Participants shall be:

4.1.1. residents of the United Arab Emirates who have a valid EID (“Residents”);

4.1.2. at least twenty One (21) years old;

4.1.3. holding a valid passport with unrestricted entry Italy;

4.1.4. eligible to procure a visa to enter Italy.

4.1.5. Shall not be employees of the Solutions Leisure Group.

4.2 The Promotion will consist of Four (4) steps:

4.2.1 Follow @papasdubai and @solutionsleisure on Instagram.

4.2.2 Comment on the Promotion reel on Instagram (“Promotion Reel”).

4.2.3 Like the Promotion Reel.

4.2.4 Share the Promotion Reel on the Participants Instagram Story.

4.2.5 On January 22 2024 a Winner will be selected at random through an online generator.

4.2.6 The Winners name will be announced on the Instagram Page or such other official channels as the Promoter sees fit.

4.3 The Promotion is valid from 8 January 2024 to 22 January 2024 (“Promotional Period”). Participants must ensure Entry into the Promotion during the Promotional Period. Any Entry after the Promotional Period will be rejected and no further communications will be entertained in this regard.

4.4 The Prize will be given only to the holder of the respective winning handle on Instagram and a ‘plus one’ selected by the Winner, who meets eligibility criteria set forth in clause 4 of these Terms and Conditions (“Plus One”). To claim the Prize, it is mandatory to present the EID of the Winner

and the Plus One and evidence (satisfactory to the Promoter) to indicate that the winning handle on Instagram belongs to the Winner. In the event of the death of the Winner, the Holiday to Rome will no longer be valid.

4.5 The Promoter assumes no responsibility, and accepts no liability, whether jointly or severally, for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorised access to, or alternation of Entries.

4.6 The Promoter may at its sole discretion reserve the right to extend the Promotional Period if not enough Entries are received at the end of the Promotional Period (which shall be determined by the Promoter at its absolute discretion). If extended, these Terms and Conditions shall mutatis mutandis apply to and in relation to the updated Promotional Period provided by the Promoter.

4.7 Furthermore, Participants understand and agree that participation in the Promotion shall only be during the Promotional Period and not prior to and/or after the Promotional Period.

4.8 Participation in the Promotion is optional and voluntary.

5 Prize and Winner selection Process

5.2 The Winner will be selected on 22 January 2024.

5.3 The preparation of the Winner passport and the visa to Rome are excluded from the Prize.

5.4 It is the responsibility of the Winner to ensure that they have the relevant documentation required to travel overseas. This includes having a valid passport, and a valid visa to Rome.

5.5 Proof of being associated with the winning Instagram handle should be submitted by the Winner to collect the Prize along with the Winner’s and their Plus One’s EID/ passport for verification of identity and age.

5.6 The Winner must cooperate with the identification verification process.

5.7 The Prize covered by this Promotion is not assignable or transferrable in whole or in part and shall not be exchanged or substituted for cash.

5.8 The Prize shall be provided to the Winner at no additional cost on part of the Winner, but any other expenses including but not limited to meals, taxes, transportation, insurance and any other ancillary/personal costs of any nature shall be borne by the Winner.

5.9 The Winner shall not appear in any other competition that promotes competitive products of Solutions Leisure Group.

5.10 The Participant, upon acceptance of the Prize, agrees to fully comply with all applicable local laws, rules, regulations, and customary practices governing the enjoyment and utilization of the Prize. This includes but is not limited to the terms and conditions of the ticket provided by the Promoter, any requirements, permits, licenses, or restrictions imposed by relevant authorities in UAE and/or Rome. The Participant acknowledges and assumes full responsibility for ensuring their compliance with such legal and customary obligations and agrees to indemnify and hold the Promoter harmless from any liability arising from any non-compliance or violation thereof.

6 Participating in the Promotion:

a) The Participant expressly confirms and represents that he/she has read the Terms & Conditions of the Promotion on how to enter, how the winning entry shall be determined.

b) The Participant confirms that he/she is not breaching any law or violating any third-party rights by participating in this Promotion.

c) The decision of the Promoter on the selection of the Winner shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

d) In the event the Winner is not verified internally or not reachable or they cannot redeem the Prize for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter will reserve the right to pass on the Prize to another Participant without any further notice to the Winner.

e) By participating in this Promotion, the Participant grants the Promoter permission and consent to use the Participant’s name, photo, voice, entry, and other relevant details for the purposes of publicity, editing, presentation, brand study, market research, advertising, and/or trade, without requiring any further approval, permission, compensation, or notice, for an unlimited period of time.

f) Promoter reserves the right to reject, delete, or remove any Entry without assigning any reason thereof. Any decision taken by the Promoter for rejecting, deleting or removing any answer/entry shall be final and binding, and not subject to any dispute or challenge.

7 Waiver of Rights

7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to take photographs/video recordings of the Winners and the awarding of Prizes (“Promotional Recordings”) and use them in Promotion related communication and publicity in any form of media without providing the Participants with any remuneration for such matters. Selection of the Winners as well as the media agency to undertake Promotional Recordings is at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

7.3 Any Promotional Recordings taken at the time of awarding the Prize to the Winner or of the Entries, shall be considered property of the Promoter.

7.4 The Promoter shall have all Intellectual Property rights in all Promotional Recordings which may be used across any media and promotional material at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter.

7.5 The Promoter shall not be liable to any complaints due to negligence or acts of omission committed by the prize Winner.

8 Miscellaneous

8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, change, defer, alter or cancel this Promotion in part or full, or change any or all of the Terms and Conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Any decision of Fonterra in this regard and in general with respect to this Promotion and the Terms and Conditions thereto shall be final and binding.

8.3 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to act of God, governmental actions, other Force Majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.

8.4 If a Participant is dissatisfied with the Promotion and/or the terms and conditions of the Promotion, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not to participate in the competition.

8.5 The Promoter shall not be held responsible (to compensate (or otherwise)) for any loss, expense, injury or any other liability, whether direct, indirect, consequential, and foreseeable, due to some negligent act, omission or otherwise, arising out of the Promotion or due to participation, Entry and/or acceptance of a Prize by any person associated with this promotion/Promotion. The Participants shall indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter, its employees, respective successors, affiliates, officers, directors, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, and other vendor agencies, Prize dealers, advertising, promotion agencies and third parties facilitating the Promotion from and against any and all claims, losses, and/or damages, liens, judgments, penalties, attorneys’ and consultants’ fees, expenses and/or liabilities arising out of, involving, or in connection therewith.

8.6 By participating in this promotion, each entrant or Participant provides a complete release to Instagram and acknowledges that the promotion is entirely independent and not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

8.7 The Promotion is subject solely to these Terms and Conditions.

9 Limitation of Liability

By entering this Promotion, the Participant agree to release and hold harmless Promoter and its subsidiaries, Affiliates, and agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, claim, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:

(i) The Participants participation in the Promotion and/or the Participant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof;

(ii) Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment;

(iii) Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion;

(iv) Electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of Entries.

10 Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the Dubai courts for the purpose of litigating all claims or disputes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promoter may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect the Promoter’s rights in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11 Definitions and Interpretation:

11.2 “Affiliate” shall mean an individual or a company, any subsidiary of that company, any holding company of that company, any other subsidiary of any such holding company and any company over which that company or any such individual or holding company has control.

11.3 “EID” Emirates Identity Card issued by the relevant authority in the United Arab Emirates.

11.4 “Entry”: shall mean entering into the Promotion in the manner set out between 4.2.1 and 4.2.3.

11.5 “Force Majeure” refers to any unforeseeable, unavoidable, and extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the parties, which may include, but is not limited to, acts of God, war, riots, civil unrest, terrorism, natural disasters (including earthquakes, floods, fires, hurricanes, and other severe weather conditions), epidemics, pandemics, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, and any other events or circumstances that are beyond the control of the parties and that could not have been reasonably anticipated or prevented. In the context of this promotion, a Force Majeure event may include any such event or circumstance that hinders, delays, or prevents the fulfillment of the Prize, including the scheduled trips to Rome.

11.6 “Holiday to Rome” shall be the holiday that is one as a Prize by the Winner of the Promotion.

11.7 “Intellectual Property”: shall mean trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, logos, get-up, patents, inventions, registered and unregistered design rights, copyrights, semi-conductor topography rights, database rights and all other similar rights in any part of the world including, where such rights are obtained or enhanced by registration, any registration of such rights and applications and rights to apply for such registrations.

11.8 “Participant” shall be those participating in this Promotion.

11.9 “Prize” shall be the Holiday to Rome.

11.10 “Promotion”: shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital 3.

11.11 “Promotional Period” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in clause 4.4.

11.12 “Promotional Recordings” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in clause 7.2.

11.13 “Promoter” shall have the meaning ascribed to in the introduction to this Terms & Conditions.

11.14 “Solutions Leisure Group” Shall mean Solutions Leisure FZ LLC and its Affiliates.

11.15 “Winner” shall mean the Winner of this Promotion.

b. Clauses and paragraph headings shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions;

c. A Person/Participant includes a natural person, corporate or unincorporated body (whether or not having separate legal personality);

d. Unless the context otherwise requires, words in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa;

e. Any obligation in these Terms and Conditions on a person not to do something includes an obligation not to agree or allow that thing to be done;

f. References to Clauses are to the Clauses of these Terms and Conditions; and

g. Any words following the terms including, include, in particular, for example or any similar expression shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words, description, definition, phrase or term preceding those terms.

 

CENTRAL DUNE BUGGY GIVEAWAY

These Terms and Conditions govern the “Dune Buggy Giveaway” (“Promotion”), outlining the eligibility criteria, participation process, and prize redemption requirements. By entering the Promotion, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The is organized and conducted by The Central Shakes Burgers Restaurant L.L.C, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at YS2-C45, YAS Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (the “Company”).

The purpose of the Promotion is to reward the participant who collects the highest number of arcade redemption tickets during the promotional period. The Winner shall be selected from the Top 10 ticket holders and will be eligible to receive the grand prize—a Dune Buggy. The Promotion is subject to the full Terms and Conditions outlined below.

  1. Issuance:

Each person who wishes to participate must obtain an arcade game card, which must be credited with funds to play the arcade games.

  1. Registration Requirement:

To participate in the Dune Buggy giveaway provided by the Central Shakes Burger Restaurant LLC (Company) each participant must register via the provided sign-up link by submitting complete details, including their full name, contact information, and the full card number. Any missing or incomplete information will result in immediate disqualification.

  1. Gameplay and Redemption Tickets:

Participants use their charged card to play various arcade games throughout the venue. For every game won, participants will receive arcade redemption tickets that are automatically credited to their registered card.

  1. Winner Determination:

The Winner will be the participant whose card has the highest number of arcade redemption tickets at the end of the promotional period. (hereinafter referred to as the “Winner”). The Winner will be announced only after all rules and conditions have been confirmed as followed by all participants.

The top 10 ticket holders, representing the participants with the highest number of arcade redemption tickets, will be announced as finalists. From the pool of finalists, one participant will be selected as the overall Winner of the Dune Buggy.

5. Prize Redemption: 

To redeem the Dune Buggy, the total number of arcade redemption tickets on the Winner’s card will be deducted from their balance.

The prize will be given on 2nd May. The ultimate Winner must comply with all Terms & Conditions to claim the prize on that date.

6. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability:

    1. Acknowledgment of Risks: 

By participating in the giveaway and/or claiming the prize, the Winner acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with the Dune Buggy, including but not limited to personal injury or death, property damage, and accidents resulting from operating the vehicle.

    1. Release Clause

The Winner agrees to release and forever discharge the Indemnitees (Solutions Leisure Group FZ LLC and their parent, related, and affiliated companies, including all shareholders, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns) from any liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses arising from participation in this activity, including legal fees.

    1. No Warranty

The Dune Buggy is awarded “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. By accepting the Dune Buggy, the Winner acknowledges that the Company has not made and is not in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact, or in law, regarding the condition, quality, or fitness of the Dune Buggy.

    1. Assumption of Responsibility

The Winner assumes all responsibility for any inspection, repairs, or maintenance of the Dune Buggy upon receipt. The Company shall not be held liable for any defects, damages, or issues related to the prize after it has been claimed.

The Winner agrees to indemnify and hold each of the Indemnitees harmless against any claims arising from:

The Winner acknowledges that this release covers any claims based on negligence, actions, or inactions by any party and includes claims for bodily injury (including death) and property damage incurred before, during, or after participation. The Winner also authorizes medical treatment at their own cost if necessary.

8. Age Eligibility: 

Participants must be at least 12 years old to enter the Dune Buggy giveaway.

Parental Responsibility: Participants aged between 12 and 21 must have a parent or legal guardian accompany them to claim the prize. The parent or guardian will be required to:

Any participant found to be under the eligible age will be disqualified.

9. Winner’s Responsibility

The Winner (or their legal representative as mentioned in Clause 8) must, at their own expense, come to the Company’s office at YS2-C45, YAS Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on the date of the Winner announcement to claim the prize. Failure to collect the prize on the specified date will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Company reserves the right to transfer the prize to an alternate winner or dispose of it at its discretion. 

Please note that the Dune Buggy is not pre-registered and does not include automobile insurance coverage. The Winner is responsible for vehicle registration and insurance. If the Winner wishes to send the Dune Buggy to a country outside of the UAE, it is the Winner’s responsibility to make all necessary arrangements and cover all related fees and/or duties. The Company does not export the prize to foreign countries and does not offer any cash alternatives to the Winner. The Company cannot be held responsible for any dealings conducted by the Winner with potential buyers. 

10. Additional Requirements and Compliance:

    1. Nature of the Activity: This promotional giveaway is structured as a promotional activity rather than a form of commercial gaming. 
    2. Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. 

 

Mauritius Family Competition

  1. Eligibility 1.1 The Promotion is open to residents of the United Arab Emirates who are at least twenty-one (21) years old and hold a valid Emirates ID. 1.2 Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  5. Additional Costs 5.1 All other charges, including but not limited to additional meals, alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, internet, faxes, and personal purchases, will be the winner’s responsibility and must be settled with the resort prior to departure.

Winner Selection & Notification 6.1 The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on 11/08/25. 6.2 The winner will be announced on @familybysolutions and @solutionsleisure and contacted via direct message. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.
  7. Liability & Disclaimer 7.1 Solutions Group is not responsible for any expenses, damages, or losses incurred as a result of participating in the Promotion or using the Prize. 7.2 Solutions Group reserves the right to withdraw, change, defer, alter, or cancel this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  8. Miscellaneous 8.1 By participating, entrants grant the Promoter permission to use their name, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. 8.2 The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. 8.3 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.

Selection of the Winners as well as the media agency to undertake Promotional Recordings is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. 9.3 Any Promotional Recordings taken at the time of awarding the Prize to the Winner or of the Entries, shall be considered property of the Promoter. 9.4 The Promoter shall have all Intellectual Property rights in all Promotional Recordings which may be used across any media and promotional material at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter. 9.5 The Promoter shall not be liable to any complaints due to negligence or acts of omission committed by the prize Winner.

Miscellaneous 10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, change, defer, alter or cancel this Promotion in part or full, or change any or all of the Terms and Conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Limitation of Liability By entering this Promotion, the Participant agree to release and hold harmless Promoter and its subsidiaries, Affiliates, and agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, claim, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:(i) The Participants participation in the Promotion and/or the Participant’s acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof;(ii) Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment;(iii) Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion;(iv) Electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of Entries.
  12. Disputes These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the Dubai courts for the purpose of litigating all claims or disputes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promoter may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect the Promoter’s rights in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Definitions and Interpretation: 13.2 “Affiliate” shall mean an individual or a company, any subsidiary of that company, any holding company of that company, any other subsidiary of any such holding company and any company over which that company or any such individual or holding company has control. 13.3 “EID” Emirates Identity Card issued by the relevant authority in the United Arab Emirates. 13.4 “Entry”: shall mean entering into the Promotion in the manner set out between 4.2.1 and 4.2.3. 13.5 “Force Majeure” refers to any unforeseeable, unavoidable, and extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the parties, which may include, but is not limited to, acts of God, war, riots, civil unrest, terrorism, natural disasters (including earthquakes, floods, fires, hurricanes, and other severe weather conditions), epidemics, pandemics, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, and any other events or circumstances that are beyond the control of the parties and that could not have been reasonably anticipated or prevented. Agreement & Acceptance

These Solutions Rewards Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) apply to your access or use of the Solutions Rewards mobile site and applications (collectively, the ” Solutions Rewards App and the content, features and services for dining rewards programme (the “Services”) made available and operated by Solutions Group or its affiliated entities. By accessing or using the Services or by clicking “accept” or “agree” to this Agreement, (1) you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, and (2) you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and not prohibited by law from accessing or using the Services.

Definitions

In this Agreement the terms below have the following meaning:

  1. “Solutions Rewards” refers to the dining rewards and discounts programme at selected restaurants operated by Solutions Group.
  2. “Solutions Rewards App” “mobile app” “app” “Solutions Rewards mobile app” refers to the mobile application to access the Services of the Solutions Rewards.
  3. “Solutions Rewards members” and/or “you” and/or “members” refers to persons who have signed up to Solutions Rewards using Solutions Rewards mobile App and have used or are currently using the mobile App for discounts or rewards.
  4. “Rewards Points” are the points you accumulate in the App when dining at Participating Restaurants. Points will only appear in the App if it is used at the time of bill settlement and collect 10% back on your spend.
  5. “Credit to Spend” is the AED value of your accumulated Rewards Points in the App, which can be used towards future dining at Participating Restaurants.
  6. “Tier” means the membership level that the member is currently on which also represents how much discount that member will receive when dining in participating restaurants.
  7. “Cards” refers to your membership card, which includes your membership number, your name, and your available spend value.
  8. “My Transactions” refers to the history of your point transactions in the App. Your current balance is displayed on the main dashboard.
  9. “Enrollment Date” is the date an individual is registered as a member of the Solutions Rewards.
  10. “Participating Restaurants” refers to those restaurants and outlets taking part in the Solutions Rewards programme.

General Terms

  1. Solutions Group reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, procedures, conditions, benefits, discount or Reward Vouchers pertaining to Solutions Rewards at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of Reward already accumulated. Solutions Group may make changes that affect, but are not limited to, Participating Restaurants within the Solutions Rewards, rules for earning Reward Points, redeeming Reward Benefit or discounts, rules and procedures for the use of Reward Points, Benefits or discounts, continued availability of Offer Rewards or Reward Benefit, Reward types, and the features of special offers.
  2. Members use of the Solutions Rewards after any changes to programme rules or terms & conditions will be deemed to be accepted by the member on each use. It is the member’s responsibility alone to remain knowledgeable of the Terms & Conditions available on the Solutions Rewards App and solutions-leisure.com/solutions-rewards
  3. The Solutions Rewards App may be interrupted for a short period of time during routine maintenance or unexpected failures. All information and services are provided as-is without any warranty of any kind.
  4. Solutions Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny access to any user of the Solutions Rewards App wholly or partially without any justification and with no liability of whatsoever nature.
  5. Solutions Rewards has no predetermined termination date until such time Solutions Group decides to terminate the Programme at any time, with or without notice. Solutions Group accepts no responsibility or liability for the withdrawal of a participating restaurant, even though such withdrawal may affect the use of a Reward.
  6. The Solutions Rewards members have the right to terminate their membership and discontinue using the Solutions Rewards App and its benefits at any time. Members can do this by contacting customer care. Should a member terminate their membership, the member will forfeit any accumulated spend, Reward benefit or Tier status.
  7. Points and spend accumulated on the Solutions Rewards has no direct monetary value, neither do Reward Benefits or Offer Vouchers. Spend accumulated or Reward Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be sold, assigned to others or used in any way other than what it states on the Solutions Rewards App.
  8. Any fraudulent activity or willful misconduct will result in the disqualification of the member from further participation in the Solutions Rewards, cancellation of any accumulated spend, Reward Benefit and Tier status. Solutions Group will seek compensation for any discount or Reward Benefit used as a result of such fraudulent activity. Failure to pay any bills or accounts due to Solutions Group may result in termination of the member’s account.
  9. The Solutions Rewards App is controlled and offered by Solutions Group from its offices in the UAE. Solutions Group makes no representations or warranties that the App is appropriate for use in other locations. Members who access the App from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.
  10. The Solutions Rewards endeavours to advise members on matters of interest, including notifying them of changes to the programme and benefits however Solutions Group accepts no liability for correspondence lost or delayed in App or through electronic mail.

Membership Eligibility & Rules

  1. Solutions Rewards is for personal use only. Corporations, associations or groups are not permitted to enrol in Solutions Rewards .
  2. Members redeeming any Reward or Offer containing alcoholic beverages must be 21 years or older.
  3. Members can update their personal information relating to the mobile number, email, age, gender, names directly on the app in “My Account > Edit Profile”. It is the member’s responsibility to update this information in order to receive up to date communication from the Solutions Rewards.
  4. Members must not maintain membership in or earn Rewards on multiple accounts.
  5. Membership is non-transferable, neither are Tiers, Accumulated Spend, discount and Reward Benefits. Once issued, membership and/or the benefits are not transferable and may be used only by the individual named on the membership. If a person other than the individual named on the documentation attempts to redeem the Reward Voucher, the Reward will be deemed void and will be denied at Participating Restaurants.
  6. It is the sole responsibility of the member to ensure that no person obtains unauthorized access to the member’s App. If the security of that information is breached by Member or a third party, Solutions Group shall not be liable for any access to that account not authorized by Member, Accumulated Spend, redemption of Reward Benefit, or other account activity that occurs as a result, and in no event shall Solutions Group be responsible for reimbursing Member for any Accumulated Spend redeemed or other damages or losses claimed to occur as a result of that unauthorized access. If Member becomes aware of any fraudulent activity, including unauthorized redemption of Member’s Rewards, Member must report the fraudulent activity to Solutions Group in writing, within 30days of it occurring and provide all further requested information and cooperation to Solutions Group to be eligible for reinstatement of lost Accumulated Spend or Reward Benefit, which reinstatement may be awarded in Solutions Group’s sole discretion.
  7. Members may be required to present their Valid ID upon request. If a member fails to provide identity upon request, Solutions Group reserves the right to refuse any programme related services.
  8. Current employees of Solutions Group, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Employees”) are not eligible to participate in the Solutions Rewards.
  9. Solutions Group reserves the right to suspend or discontinue membership, including any Tier status for any Member who appears to be using the Solutions Rewards in an inconsistent manner, including, but not limited to, redemption or Reward Benefit use. Solutions Group also reserves the right to discontinue membership for any Member who Solutions Group believes, or if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting, in its sole discretion, has:
  10. acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable local or federal laws, regulations or ordinances,
  11. breached or violated any of these Terms and Conditions,
  12. engaged in any fraudulent or dishonest behaviour, theft, misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with the account, including without limitation, involving Reward redemption or Reward Voucher use, or other Member benefits,
  13. engaged in any abusive, fraudulent, disruptive, inappropriate, offensive or hostile conduct, whether it be physical, verbal or written in nature, towards any Participating Restaurant, their guests or employees, or towards Solutions Group or any of its employees or contractors, or
  14. failed to pay any bills or accounts due to Solutions Group or any Participating Restaurant.
  15. Such discontinued membership may result in the loss of all accumulated Spend and the cancellation of Reward voucher, benefits and privileges, including the loss of any associated Tier status. In addition to discontinuance of Solutions Rewards membership, Solutions Group shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including, without limitation, criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.

Mobile App Rules

  1. To enjoy the benefits of Solutions Rewards, guests must download Solutions Rewards mobile application, available on the Apple App store and Google Play store and sign up as a member.
  2. Solutions Rewards mobile application is compatible with any iOS version and any Android version.
  3. Members must be connected to WiFi or have a working internet connection to use the functions of Solutions Rewards mobile application.
  4. Screenshots of the mobile app QR code will not be accepted when presenting to the server for the discount to be applied.

Registration and Logging out/in

  1. Members must complete the registration process by providing current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the App through the registration process.
  2. Member will be required to set a Password at the point of registration for future account log-ins.
  3. Once members have logged in they will be logged in indefinitely until such time they delete the App or if they are logged out as part of regular security features, but this does not terminate their membership.
  4. To log back in after deleting the application or to log into a new device, a member must use the same email address and Password that they previously set.
  5. Only one account can be logged in at any given time.
  6. Deleting the mobile application or changing email will result in the member being logged out.
  7. If an incorrect email or mobile number is used to log in or reset the password, the user will have issues signing in.

Dining Discounts & Rewards

  1. Discount and spend accumulation are applicable for up to eight (8) people including the member at a single transaction.
  2. A maximum of four (4) app accounts may be applied per table, and the bill may only be split across up to four (4) accounts per table.
  3. Discount and spend accumulation can only be applied by presenting the unique QR code on Solutions Rewards mobile app to the restaurant attendant at the time of dining. If the QR code is not presented while dining, the member will not be able to obtain the discount and collect their points from the dining visit.
  4. The member should ensure that the bill reflects their membership number before completing the transaction. If the membership number has not been added, the points will not automatically be logged and the points cannot be logged manually after a visit.
  5. Points can only be logged manually after a visit, if the member has a copy of the bill, the membership number is applied, and the spend is not reflecting in the members accounts. Should these conditions be met, please email [email protected] within 14 days of dining with a copy of the relevant dining cheque with Solutions Rewards discount and membership applied.
  6. Black Members are entitled to a 10% discount on food and beverage, while Gold Members are entitled to a 15% discount on food and beverage. All membership tiers are eligible to earn reward points at the rate of 1 point per AED 1 spent.
  7. Reward points will appear on the next day and may be redeemed on subsequent visits at the rate of 10 points = AED 1. Please note that when redeeming points, membership discounts cannot be applied in conjunction with the redemption.
  8. Discount and points accumulation are not applicable on tobacco, shisha.
  9. Discount is not applicable on bespoke package items including but not limited to Kids Birthday Party. Anything tailored for a guest specific event in the restaurant.
  10. The maximum number of reward points that may be earned per party is capped at 250,000 points, which is equivalent to AED 25,000 in redemption value.
  11. Restaurant participating in Solutions Rewards are The 305, Ula, Asia Asia The Palm, Asia Asia Business Bay, Asia Asia Pier 7, Papas, STK, Central, Asia Asia Yas Bay
  12. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or voucher outside of Solutions Rewards.
  13. Discount and spend redeem cannot be used on Bowling and Arcades in Central. Spend accumulation is applicable.
  14. For any bookings requiring minimum spend, the minimum spend amount is the amount required after the discount is applied.
  15. Discount and spend accumulation are not applicable on pre-payment bookings.
  16. Discount and spend accumulation are not applicable on New Years Eve packages, as well as some packages and events offered throughout the year.
  17. Discount and spend accumulation are not applicable on third party/partners restaurants: En Fuego (Atlantis, The Palm), Wavehouse (Atlantis, The Palm).
  18. Discount and spend accumulation are not currently applicable in our bar: Lock, Stock & Barrel (JBR, Barsha Heights, Business Bay, Yas Bay Abu Dhabi)
  19. Discount and spend accumulation are not available on private and corporate events, weddings or group activities.

Benefits Rules

Birthday Vouchers:

  1. Solutions Rewards offers a complimentary birthday voucher, applicable on selected brunches. The voucher is valid for tables of 2 guests or more, and the brunch booking must be within 10 days of your actual birthday.
  2. A valid ID/proof of date of birth must be presented to redeem the voucher.
  3. Only 1 birthday voucher is applicable for every 2 guests. Multiple vouchers can be used per table if the required number of guests is met and another guest presents their own birthday voucher.
  4. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher.

Tiers and Spend

  1. All members who sign up to Solutions Rewards through the mobile app will commence as Black Tier members and start with 0 visit and 0 points.
  2. The ‘Visit’ progress bar on the homepage of the mobile app the number of visits completed by the Member and a visual estimation of how much is required to reach the next tier.

Tier Upgrades

  1. Members who complete at least twenty-five (25) visits or spend a minimum of AED 25,000 at Solutions Group venues within a rolling 12-month period will be upgraded to the next membership tier.
  2. Once upgraded, your tier status is locked for a minimum of 12 months, ensuring you enjoy the full tier benefits.

Tier Downgrades

  1. After your 12-month locked period ends, your tier status will be reviewed monthly.
  2. At the end of each month:
    • If you have met the minimum visit or spend threshold for your tier, your current tier will be extended for another month.
    • If you have not met the minimum threshold, your status will be downgraded starting from the following month.
  3. After each monthly review, the oldest month (month 13) will drop off, and the newest month will be counted in your rolling 12-month calculation.

Tier Thresholds

Spend

  1. Black Members are entitled to a 10% discount on food and beverage, while Gold Members are entitled to a 15% discount on food and beverage. All membership tiers are eligible to earn reward points at the rate of 1 point per AED 1 spent.
  2. Reward points may be redeemed on subsequent visits at the rate of 10 points = AED 1. Please note that when redeeming points, membership discounts cannot be applied in conjunction with the redemption.
  3. The maximum number of reward points that may be earned per party is capped at 250,000 points, which is equivalent to AED 25,000 in redemption value.

These Terms and Conditions supplement the Privacy Policy with respect to our processing of the personal information of Solutions Rewards Members. Governing Law

This Agreement and Solutions Rewards programme are governed by and are to be construed under the laws of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state law.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

SOLUTIONS GROUP PROVIDES SOLUTIONS REWARDS PROGRAMME, THESE AND OTHER MATERIALS, AND OTHER SERVICES AND PRODUCTS”AS-IS” AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DESIGN, ACCURACY, CAPABILITY, SUFFICIENCY, SUITABILITY, CAPACITY, COMPLETENESS OR AVAILABILITY. You also agree that Solutions Group does not represent, warrant or guaranty that SOLUTIONS REWARDS or the Services will be uninterrupted, without omissions or error-free, or that defects will be corrected or changes implemented. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL SOLUTIONS GROUP BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF SOLUTIONS REWARDS PROGRAMME OR ANY SUCH OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, EVEN IF AN SOLUTIONS GROUP AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. In the event Solutions Group is held liable for any damages related to such matters, your sole and exclusive remedy will be limited to reimbursement for services or products paid by you to the entity held liable which were not provided by such entity. You hereby waive any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to such matters in any forum beyond two (2) years after the first occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition or omission upon which the claim or action is based. If any provision(s) of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. The failure by SOLUTIONS GROUP to exercise rights granted to SOLUTIONS GROUP hereunder upon the occurrence of any of the contingencies set forth in this agreement will not constitute a waiver of such rights upon the recurrence of such contingency.
